Two hundred gangs run Milan, and you're ranked dead last — a corner crew of four soldiers and a dream. Recruit muscle, seize territory, crush or ally with rivals, and climb the rankings to become the city's undisputed number one, before the cops or the reigning kingpin bury you in the periphery.

Midnight in a Corvetto courtyard: four of you, one block, and 199 gangs standing between you and the top of the city. The come-up starts here.

It is just past midnight in a housing-project courtyard in Corvetto, Milan's rough southern periphery. Laundry hangs between the towers; a broken streetlamp buzzes; someone's scooter is up on a stand, half-stripped. This is the whole of [YOUR NAME]'s empire: one block, and a crew of four.

[YOUR NAME] is the newly self-declared boss of the smallest gang in the city — ranked #200 out of 200. Nobody respects them yet. The four soldiers are kids and corner boys: loyal enough for now, hungry, unproven. There's €2,000 in a plastic bag, a couple of knives, one old pistol, and a great deal of ambition.

Present at scene-zero:
• SILVANA "LA RUGGINE" — a scarred, chain-smoking old enforcer leaning in the courtyard shadows, watching [YOUR NAME] with flat, appraising eyes. She's Corvetto muscle from the old days, between crews, deciding whether this new boss is worth her time. She can be recruited as the first real lieutenant — if [YOUR NAME] shows spine, not just mouth. She rates blood over money.
• Off-scene but pressing: TUNNO, boss of a rival set two rungs up (~#198), runs the corner one street over and has been taxing what [YOUR NAME] considers home turf. He's loud, cruel, and underestimates everyone. He is the natural first target.

What just happened: word got around tonight that [YOUR NAME] is claiming boss status and starting a crew. Tunno's people already sent a message — a slashed scooter tire and a laughing voicemail. The four soldiers are looking to [YOUR NAME] to see what the boss does about it. Silvana is watching to see the same thing. The come-up starts now, in this courtyard, with everyone waiting for the first move.
